Our The Kindness of Strangers series is dedicated to the centennial of Armenian Genocide and it's main purpose is to thank the missioners and kind people, who helped our ancestors in 1915. Missionaries were the first foreign witnesses of the Armenian Genocide. Their heroic attempts to provide care to the destitute, especially to orphans, caused them to face hardships of their own at the hands of Ottoman officials.
